Front Range Eye Health Center is located in Louisville, which lies between Boulder and Broomfield north of US 36. Our office is located within Summit View Professional Park, at 1220 Summit View Drive (1/4 mile north of South Boulder road on Highway 42).

From Louisville:
Travel east on South Boulder Road or north on Hwy 42 to the intersection of South Boulder Road and Hwy 42. Travel north on Hwy 42 approximately 3/10ths of a mile, and turn left into Summit View Professional Park on Summit View Drive  

From Lafayette:
Travel west on South Boulder Road to Hwy 42. Turn right onto Hwy 42 traveling north approximately 3/10ths of a mile, and turn left into Summit View Professional Park on Summit View Drive.

From Erie:
Travel south on Hwy 287 to South Boulder Road. Turn right onto South Boulder Road traveling west to Hwy 42 (approximately 1¾ miles). Turn right onto Hwy 42 traveling north approximately 3/10ths of a mile, and turn left into Summit View Professional Park on Summit View Drive.

From Superior:
Travel north on McCaslin Blvd (over US 36) to Via Appia Way (approximately 2 miles once passing over US 36). Turn right onto Via Appia Way traveling northeast to South Boulder Road (approximately 1¾ miles). Turn right onto South Boulder Road traveling east to Hwy 42 (approximately ¾ of a mile). Turn left onto Hwy 42 traveling north approximately 3/10ths of a mile, and turn left into Summit View Professional Park on Summit View Drive.

From Boulder:
Travel US 36 east to McCaslin Blvd (Louisville/Superior Exit). Turn left onto McCaslin Blvd traveling northwest to Via Appia Way (approximately 2 miles). Turn right onto Via Appia Way traveling northeast to South Boulder Road (approximately 1¾ miles). Turn right onto South Boulder Road traveling east to Hwy 42 (approximately ¾ of a mile). Turn left onto Hwy 42 traveling north approximately 3/10ths of a mile, and turn left into Summit View Professional Park on Summit View Drive.

 
From Interstate 25:
Travel I-25 north or south (depending on the direction you are coming from) and merge onto US 36 west heading toward Boulder. Continue on US 36 traveling west approximately 9 miles towards US 287 (CO-121 exit- Broomfield/Lafayette). Turn right onto Hwy 287 traveling north to South Boulder Road (approximately 5¼ miles). Turn left onto South Boulder Road traveling west to Hwy 42 (approximately 1¾ miles). Turn right onto Hwy 42 traveling north approximately 3/10ths of a mile, and turn left into Summit View Professional Park on Summit View Drive.
