Because symptoms, findings, and diagnoses vary, there are times when non-routine, medical eye care is necessary to properly diagnose and treat eye health related disorders. In these cases, we may need to submit your claim to your major medical insurance carrier (heath insurance) and not to your routine vision plan.

Below is a list of the major medical insurance carriers and routine vision plans with which we participate. If your carrier or plan is not listed, please call our office to determine if we have recently added them to our list.
